OFFICIAL MATCH BALL, MASCOT, AND THE TROPHY OF THE EURO 2021
“Uniforia” is the name of the official match ball for Euro 2021. Adidas created the match ball, while “Skillzy” is the official mascot for Euro 2021.
The “Henry Delaunay Trophy” is the name of the Euros trophy. It was named after Henry Delaunay, a former UEFA General Secretary who developed the idea for the European Championship but died five years before the first competition. The winners of each event normally keep the Euros trophy for four years before passing it on to the new champions at the next tournament.
Wembley Stadium hosts the semi-finals and final
The final of EURO 2021 will be held on July 11th at Wembley Stadium, the home of the England national team. The semi-finals of the event will also be held at the arena, dubbed “The Home of Football.”
The FA Cup and Premier League Cup finals, as well as the Community Shield, are held at the stadium, which seats 90,000 people.
The Favorite
France is the first favorite on the list, with a young, energetic team, especially now that Benzema is available to participate. Although they finished second in the last European Championship, the French squad was perhaps the best.
England is the second favorite, with a superior attacking strength to the other sides. They also have the advantage of having the semi-finals and finals played at Wembley, allowing England to win the tournament by playing all of the final matches at home.
Belgium, Germany, and Spain are among the favorites to win this year’s championship. Portugal, the reigning champions captained by Cristiano Ronaldo, might be the Euro’s major surprise.
